Exporting Your Junk Mail Blocked Sender List From Outlook
Log into your Outlook (the one with the block sender list you want to import to another Outlook).
Click Tools->Options.
Under Email, click the Junk E-mail button.
Click the Blocked Senders tab.
Click Export to File.
