Locate the .pst file that has the data you would like to import

Launch Outlook and login

Once Outlook has launched go to the file menu and click import and export. Select import from another program or file and click Next.

Highlight Personal Folder File (.pst), Click Next

Click the Browse button and select the .pst file that you want to import.

Highlight Personal Folders, check Include subfolders. Click Finish

A progress windows should appear, once it has gone away you should see all your data within Outlook. If needed, we highly recommend that you leave Outlook open for a bit to allow it to upload your data to your Exchange server if you have a Microsoft Exchange Mailbox.
