How to Sync Your Exchange Email to Your BlackBerry Using Your Cellular Carriers BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)
You can setup your Exchange account using BIS on your BlackBerry device or through your cell providers BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) web site. If needed, contact your cell providers Blackberry support to get their BIS website address and information on how to log into it.
NOTE: If you have a Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) email account, then you can add the email address to the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) offered by your cellular provider.
On the Blackberry Home Screen, navigate to the Setup
If this is the first email account you are setting up, Click the Setup Wizard. Or click on email setup if your adding an additional email account
Click Email Setup
Read the End User Agreement and selected I Agree
Select Add
Select Other
Type in your Exchange Email address and password, click NEXT
NOTE: This will be the same email address and password that allows you access to your Outlook Web-based Access (OWA) http://your.server.net
The handheld will then indicate that you have successfully added your email address to your device- Click OK
If you wish to add another email address, repeat steps or Close
If the hand cannot find the Exchange server automatically, you might need to enter the address in manually.

Exchange server: your.server.net
Note: The Mailbox name field refers to the desired mailbox name. To determine the mailbox name, log in to the Microsoft Outlook Web Access account and pause on the Inbox folder on the left top corner. On the task pane, the mailbox name should be displayed.
Example for Outlook Web Access 2003: https://<domain.name.com>/exchange/<mailboxname>/
Example for Outlook Web Access 2007: https://<domain.name.com>/owa/<mailboxname>/
