Note: Most ActivateSync handhelds have similar settings

Go to the Tap Start -> Programs -> ActiveSync -> Menu -> Options (or Settings)

Select Microsoft Exchange and then press Delete. This will remove the ActiveSync relationship and data (Backup data if needed).

If the setting is grayed out, uncheck calendar, contact, email features and then try deleting again.
