Setting Up Your BlackBerry to Check Your Microsoft Exchange Email Using the BlackBerry Internet Service Website
How to setup your Blackberry to logon to your Microsoft Outlook Web Access email address with the BlackBerry Internet Service.
To setup your Microsoft Outlook Web Access email address, complete the following steps:
Go to the wireless service provider’s BlackBerry Internet Service web site and log in to the BlackBerry Internet Service account. Click the Set Up Account button.
NOTE: If you do not know your carriers BIS website, you will need to contact your cell provider for the address and information on how to log into your account with them.
Complete the Email address, Password, and Confirm password fields, and click Next.
Select I will provide the settings to add this email account, and click Next.
Select This is my work email account, and click Next.
In the Outlook® / Exchange® section, select I can access my email account using a Web Browser (Outlook® Web Access), and click Next.
Complete the required fields.
Note: The Mailbox name field refers to the desired mailbox name. To determine the mailbox name, log in to the Microsoft Outlook Web Access account and pause on the Inbox folder on the left top corner. On the task pane, the mailbox name should be displayed.
Example for Outlook Web Access 2003: https://<domain.name.com>/exchange/<mailboxname>/
Example for Outlook Web Access 2007: https://<domain.name.com>/owa/<mailboxname>/
Click Next. If the account has been properly configured, then the following message appears. Click OK. The Microsoft Outlook Web Access account should appear in the list of integrated email addresses.
