I’ve tried to follow the step by step instuction and yet still failed to add in my office mail. I did click at detect the setting but nothing appear to detect the setting. Hope you can help me with this.
If you have service with Link2Exchange please call our support and we can give you the settings for your email account with us. If your office email is with another email provider you will need to contact them for the BIS settings for your email account. Once you get these settings if you are having further issues you will most likely want to contact your cellular carrier for further assistance.
