NOTE: The Motorola Droid is a different type of setup.

           From the home screen, touch  the applications tab (located in the lower-left)

           Touch Mail

            First email account added

            Touch Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

             Enter the exchange email address and password then touch Next.

             If presented, ensure the Exchange server settings are correct then touch Next. 

• Email address: username@yourdomainname.com    
• Server address: your.server.net     
• Domain: SERVERDOMAIN
• Username: username#yourdomainn (The servers uses your OMA address, it will be 20 characters long)
• Password: your account password
• SSL is required, make sure there is a green check mark here

             Select the desired data to synchronize with the exchange server then touch Finish setup.
             Enabled when a green check mark is present

               Data should now start syncing from your Exchange Mailbox to the handheld

               NOTE: The handheld does not sync Tasks and Notes
